Member Management Tool	This contains contact information and other details for ZIP Coalition members, tracks attendance at quarterly meetings, and populations a dashboard of member engagement. This tool is primarily for those ZIP Coalitions who do not use Continuud’s ZIP Member Portal.	Quarterly
Action Commitment Form Template	A template to keep accountability of commitments, goals, and priorities as needed.	As Needed
Meeting Summary Template	A template to provide a record of discussion topics during quarterly meetings. Currently, most ZIP Coalitions utilize Continuud for this function.	Quarterly
Meeting Agenda Template	A template to assist in the planning and facilitation of quarterly ZIP meetings. Currently, most ZIP Coalitions use Continuud for this function.	Quarterly
Annual Planning Calendar Template	A template that provides a high-level view of ZIP Coalition activities, external events and other important dates and deadlines. The calendar should be updated annually and reviewed quarterly to make sure deadlines are met.	Annually
Coalition Workplan Template	This template is populated by the priorities identified during the environmental scan/priority setting meeting; the workplan should be reviewed during each quarterly ZIP Coalition meeting and updated annually.	Annually
